Duties and responsibilities:

i. Management of entrance examinations and enrollment in all kinds of higher education institutions;

ii. Management of academic degrees and records of students in higher education institutions;

iii. Provision of guidance to the student career advisory service provided by local education government bodies and higher education institutions;

iv. Participation in the formulation of graduate employment policies;

v. Implementation of ad-hoc national-level plans for graduate employment promotion.
