Duties and responsibilities:

i. Overseeing the ideological and political education of students and teachers in HEIs;

ii. Guiding grass-root Party organizations, moral and ethical awareness campaigns and the building of counselor teams;

iii. Maintaining political security and stability in HEIs, and ensuring timely reporting and resolution of major problems in HEIs;

iv. Overseeing the cultivation and management of cyberculture in HEIs.
