Duties and responsibilities:

i. Management of human resources for government bodies, MOE-affiliated units and higher education institutions, and embassy and consular education departments; 

ii. Planning and providing guidance for teacher and administrative personnel training in higher education institutions; and

iii. Providing general guidance for personnel engaged in the education system.
