Duties and responsibilities:

i. Research into education reform and development strategy, and implementation of studies and research on major policy-making issues;

ii. Drafting comprehensive laws and regulations relating to education;

iii. Developing legal frameworks for the national education system and related legal and administrative work; and

iv. Revising the legal status of relevant normative documents, execution and settlement where relevant, of administrative reviews and litigation.
