Wei Yali is a teacher with 27 years of experience in vocational education. Under her tutorship, many of her students won prizes in a number of municipal, provincial and national level vocational skills competitions, and over 400 of her students were eventually enrolled by undergraduate-level colleges or universities.
During the outbreak of Covid-19, she volunteered to return to school and help the 12th grade students to get prepared for the coming national college entrance examination. She also encouraged her students to become volunteers, disseminating knowledge about the pandemic or helping those in need in the community.
She is a staunch supporter of teacher-parent cooperation, helping many students to form a better connection with their families. She is also an experienced educator with innovative teaching skills. She led her faculty team to participate in the National Vocational School Information Teaching Competition and won first prize.
